  1. This is my first time and it was wow! It is a must visit if you want to know what Israel look like before the great building. You could also check some biblical truths there like the story of Samson in the Bible.

    The kids workshops are the best look for them during festivals. Make sure you register in advance!
    Parking likely to be an issue try to arrive in public transport if you can.
    Some exhibitions could be a little more interesting and interactive.

  3. The Museum consists of open-air and indoor parts (pavilions). The Eretz Israel Museum in Tel Aviv is a fascinating museum that tells the story of the land of Israel from its earliest days to the present. There are so many exciting pavilions: Kadman Numismatic Pavilion, Alexander Museum of Postal history and Philately, Ceramics Pavilion, Glass Pavilion, Man and his work Pavilion, and more and more. No words are enough to express unforgettable impressions. Start with the glass pavilion, which doesn’t look like much from the outside but is beautifully renovated inside. Then head to the ceramic pavilion, the fascinating (if you’re into history) coins pavilion, and the new exhibit on Baron Rothschild. Museum contains historical exhibitions mixed with contemporary art. Historical exhibitions are pretty old, was renovated a long time ago. A very impressive collection of contemporary art and design, exploring personal and social impact of modern life and consumerism on ourselves and on our environment.highly recommended to visit.

  5. A huge area out side. The museum is good. There is absolutely no service, we went to a cafe on the territory. They refused to put us in a cafe, while people came after us and sat down at this place without questions. The museum is not only an exhibition, but also an additional service. I still didn’t understand what their museum store is the best. This information is on the website. A very small book department. Most souvenirs are not about the museum at all, they can be bought in a regular store.

    Tldr: One of the most beautiful places in HaYarkon park. On weekends the place is a bit too crowded.

    Beautiful place a lot of birds and ducks and some jackals (not dangerous here). the historical mill is rebuild and re-created beautifully. Great for children too. Sometimes fisherman are fishing here. And it’s a good place to relax and a Romantic place at the evenings.

    Very nice area to spend time, close to nature, green, lots of activities near my – pedal boats and the air balloon BUT expansive activities, plus the restrooms are a nightmare, this park needs real restrooms where you can pee and not be scared or disgusted! So important !!! Wear sunscreen 🙂

    As authentic NYer, I rather come here over Prospect park any day. The park is so beautiful green and clean. The palm trees are amazing it really adds a new dimension to the park!

    This is my favorite part of HaYarkon park. I take long strolls in the area with my baby, and we enjoy the quiet, the water and water birds, the vast grassy areas, the view, and the overall lovely feeling.

    There’s tons of parking, a public toilet in case you need it, ladies, and there’s a nice kiosk by Benedict in case you feel like a coffee/sandwich/muffin.

    Very nice park in the city, there are boats for rent (a litle bit pricey), and you can get on the hot air balloon.
