  1. Modest and quiet, but a beautiful place. From the first sight, looks like something ordinary and not interesting, especially from above, when staying on the bridge. It is worthwhile to go down, to see sun flares playing on the water surface, admire wild flowers and enjoy the fairy beauty of a tiny river.

  2. Small memorial bridge.
    How to get there :
The bridge is located at the eastern entrance to the city of Yavne, adjacent to the route of Road 410 from Yavne to Rehovot.
As this is a busy intercity road, it is recommended to reach the intersection of Harishonim Street (Road 410) and Hanesiim Street in Yavne, and turn onto Hanesiim Street.
After about 300 m, there is a right turn to a parking lot near the sports field.
Here we will park, walk a bike path along the northern border of the lot until we reach the west bank of Nahal Sorek. Here we will turn right and continue on the bike path to the bridge itself.
This place provides a beautiful flow in heavy rain events.

  3. Very beautiful bridge with a great history. In the summer the Sorek river dries up, allowing visitors to go under the bridge without getting wet feet. The bridge is surrounded by many beautiful flowers, definitely worth visiting when you are in the area.

Remains of the Muslim fortress. During the Early Islamic period Yavneh-Yam (Mahuz Yovneh) was an important port city on the kurkar hill that protruded into the sea like a peninsula and was well fortified. Visible here are remains ofa tower beneath which (toward the sea) are remnants of a wall. These surrounded the kurkar hill. The tower is built in a special way: dressed stone on the outside with a fill of construction waste and plaster. The spaces i between the dressed stones were filled with plaster and seashells mixed with sand.
