a year agoLovely park with a few monuments dedicated to WWII and Holocaust. Plus real Merkava tank near the parking. There is hardly anyone inside so you can have a calm walk, worth visiting if you are in Netanya.9 months agoThis place holds immense power, serving as a profound connection between the Jewish and Russian communities. It stands as a solemn memorial to the devastating events of World War II and the Holocaust, evoking a deep sense of empathy and pain. Additionally, visitors often express their heartfelt grief by placing pictures of their fallen loved ones who perished during the war.3 years agoBeautiful and meaningful place must visit when you come to Netanya city. Very peaceful and open space next to the beach. Must more enjoyable if not visit in this time (Coronavirus situation)…We will visit again and again 😍2 years agoImpressive and deeply moving Victory Monument and memorandum for the Second World War , the Glory and the horrors! Donated by Russia . A “Must Visit” in Israel!3 years agoStunning monument in a great park setting surrounded by high rise apartments and hotels. Giant angelic wings and a replica bunker. Most moving is the actual railway cattle truck used to transport Jews for extermination. Never Again.

It’s a central place with water fountains for kids to play during summer days, yet all the places around are very old, no new shops or places to eat, the city usually have it’s events in the area.
The independence square in Natanya is the central square of the city. It is located 100 meters from the seashore and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. It has a nice fountain and is the centarl place for celebrating special events.
Very nice street with a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and little cute attractions. It gets almost on the beach, you can go down to the sea if you walk a little to the side.
Great place for coffee, sweets, and service. Over a dozen shops to stop at and the beach near by. All walking distance with a lot of tourist attractions. Elevator brings you directly down to the white sandy Beach.
Nice place, every day I walk there, sometimes there are different concerts. In the evenings (only in summer) there are different ones for children. I advise you to walk there in the evenings, because the sea is nearby and it gets cold. So take your friends or your family and go for a walk there.
