Not only did they provide me with a top-notch vehicle, but they also went above and beyond their duties to ensure my rental was smooth and hassle-free. However, a very friendly person dropped off (and picked up) my car directly to where I was staying — a huge help. Great customer support (in English), at a level not often seen in Israel. When we had a car accident once they replaced our car immediately and took care of everything super quick. They are responsive and friendly and are always my go to for car rental in Israel. Prior to and throughout the car rental process was efficient and personable. I was in touch with Orit, who was exceptional. There were no hidden fees or surprises after the rental period. We had some difficulty with airport drop off on a Saturday due to unexpected airport parking lot closures, but Tamir representatives were available to assist. Help! I’m trying to reach someone about a lost passport I believe I left in my vehicle when I returned it in Netanya — reservation # 4115422. It’s been impossible to get ahold of anyone to help me at the rental office there. Is there a way to contact Lost & Found? The link on the Sixt Israel website takes you to the United States Lost & Found, which refuses to help as well.
After struggling with the national call centre, we visited this branch and were dealt with by Shirat, over 3 visits she looked after us really well & made sure we could reach her directly if we needed more help. She went the extra mile. It’s nice to have such a personal service. I will use again.
