a year agoAmazingly professional staff. Good quality car. Plenty of budget cars anywhere in Israel so they must be popular. Very quick drop off4 years agoI would have given zero starts if I could. STAY AWAY from this company. They forgot about their customers a long time ago. We had a consistent systematic bad customer service on many fronts. From what we witnessed other customers shared the same testaments. They should really close shop that branch reflects on Budget corporate very negatively. Check the employee on her phone while the phones are going off the hook inside. Also look at the dirty environment when returning the car. What a shame.a year agoThere was no rental company direct in the arrival terminal so we have to go outside the terminal – we found it without problem and the car was there. All according to the agreement. I have take the photos of the car. To return it it was very easy – just drop the key and shuttle bus pick us to bring to the appropriate terminal. I got the invoice one day later – no extra fee.9 months agoDo not rent from here. This has to be the worst Avis franchise I have ever used. I arrived at 2am as the plane was late. There was one family in front of me. It took the guy 40 minutes to deal with them and another 20 minutes to deal with me. I did not get my car until after 3am. It should have taken no more than 10 minutes to deal with each of us. I am Privilege Club. All the bookings and details should have been on the system.4 years agoI had no problems with rent on Budget… But I come to talk about this amazing car that surprised me 😍 Miss it Kaboobie 🥰

First rental car experience in Israel and I must say that it was wonderful experience

Nofar and Karen the branch manager were super nice , got upgraded with no additional cost , car had no issue, return was super easy and convenient , thanks Sixt rental team , will definitely recommend and come back !!!

THEY TREAT YOU LIKE YOU OWE THEM AND THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR.
I got a rental car from them as part of the insurance service from my car.
I guess because I didn’t agree to pay them additional 2,000 shekels for their car, they treated me like I was taking something that I wasn’t supposed to.
The receptionists are so squared minded, the three times I had to come for paper work, I waited a lot of time, the first two for more than 1 hour.
If there was an option not to choose stars, I would.
Terrible service: I booked a children seat, but they did not have one.
Instead of telling me that none were available beforehand, they just showed me at the cashier the terms of service “subject to availability”.
So I travelled for 2 hours with a small kid forth and back, just to find this out.
Hence, in case you want to rent a car with a children or booster seat, do not go to this station, because they may just tell you right there that none are available.
Edit: The second time, knowing about this “problem” and what to expect, everything was much better.
Schlomo Sixt is a budget car rental as well as a car pool (similar to Mobility in Switzerland). The cost is ca. $80.00 per day (incl. 200 km)–depending on the size of the car. Just be aware, that any extra km costs $0.40 per km, and it pays off to rent a car for 2 days.
Avoid!!! you book a family car and they give you a mini car saying “it’s the same” , when you demand to get the car you ordered they say “ok , but you need to pay more for an upgrade” … I believe the word is SCAM
