a year agoI had a very nice experience with Budget. We picked up the car in Beer Sheva and dropped it the next day at the Ben Gurion airport. The check in was smooth and we got a very new and clean car. The car drove perfectly. When dropping off the car at the airport the procedure was also very smooth and they brought is with another car to the terminal which was very convenient. Will definitely book with them again!5 years agoWe recieved a nice clean car for a decent price. It was a little dinged, but they wrote down all of the flaws. Only thing is we recieved a front tire with half of the air pressure required. That’s very unsafe. After pointing this out the manager said they have a 24/7 free car trade l. Too bad we heard about it in the end.4 years agoPromised we could return the car in Herzliya, but when we got there they told us to return it in Tel Aviv which was already closed, so the only way was to drive to the airport… Which was where we came from!! So annoying6 years agoThe was latterly broken, and they argue with me about fuel that missing. It was a horrible car with crazy gear change some robotic one. Car was stuck on first gear I was fueling and driving there to return and all they care about was a little to none gas missing. When I was back at US I realize they charge me $78 extra for that gas. After they specifically said they will not. I think that is extremely bad customer service just to get a few more bucks in your pocket. In this point I send a claim to my credit card company as well to budget headquarter in US and in Israel for misleading customers and over charge for nothing. Will never use again.5 years agoA nice and clean place. The staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of cars with good prices. Be sure to check the car before you leave the location for any scratches or missing items as they may charge you for them.

I rented a car from them for a month! And had terrible service the whole time with them the car had stuff broken in it that they didn’t tell me and I realized to late and then they had the audacity to over charge me by $600 for fees that I never agreed to.
This is not the way to get recurring customers? I highly suggest no body! Rents from this company as they will steal your money and lie and give you broken cars after you paid them $1,200 for an entire month rental which in itself is an overcharge.

The WORST company ever !!!
Don’t rent a car from them ! Horrible service, dirty car tant smells cigarettes. They over charged us and there is no one to speak to. Poor service. Our car had no battery and it stoped in the main streets of Jerusalem and while going down to the Dead Sea, extremely dangerous and there was no one to help. They didn’t car and charged us fully the rent. AVOID them at any case !!!!!!
Poor and dangerous experience. We rented a car, nothing to complain at first. But after 50 kms, the engine didn’t restart due to low bat. They told us to keep on driving and we finally ended stuck in the middle of Jerusalem’s traffic. At this point they asked us to take pictures for expertise (while you’re in danger, surrounded by cars and trucks passing around). Back to the agency, they swore us they will payback the rental. They never did. Finally, they didn’t do it arguing they made a 10% discount. They never did. Untrustworthy, dishonest, to put in trial if you have money for. Use another one.
Car Rental
The car itself actually was not bad overall.
There’s lots of bumps and scratches on it. But you are gonna pay 800 shekels for each and every scratch or small bump you might get during your rental.
So basically there’s no way to count all scratches the car already has and if you get new ones it’s hard to know. This way they make you pay extra 25 bucks accidents and scratches free of charge.
They work half day on holidays. 12 pm I needed to return my car instead of 4pm.
No drop key box. No trust here.
The staff is not welcoming. After I compared the service to Europe or US, the manager suggested maybe I should go there then. And I was accused of not carrying about Israeli holidays. To be clear Half of the country keeps working half make themselves shut. Well..
Stuff is bit Rude and not welcoming.
No one to get or direct your car in the yard as the parking yard full of cars without any free spots to park.
$100 for half day, it is expensive for a medium car.
Customer relationship very bad !!!
Even their cars got many scratches and not not maintained as all. I don’t feel safe in their cars
