3 years agoI rented a car through them a second time, courteous and fast service, quick reception of the vehicles as well as a quick return without any problems, clean vehicles and full fuel,2 years agoDon’t be surprised if upon the day of the checkout they won’t have any vehicle to give you. No compensation, zero apologies and a big general attitude of “it’s not any of our problems”.The staff is rude, the local manager couldn’t care less as the service is despicable.
a year agoGot there to pick up the car i have booked, They said that they don’t have any cars and basically that i should fork off. No compensation and no anything. Will give them 0 stars.5 years agoWalked in without knowing a soul or telling anyone my son works there. Asked where he was and was immediately greeted with politeness and no questions asked. Cheaters who have no concious. They tried to cheat my wife off of $700 (contact was for$1800 and they tried to charge her for $2500). She had to spend an hour during the car return to argue and pay for the price which was on the signed contract. Same on them. Stay away from using their services.
The general service at the Raanana branch was excellent. Their attention was far better than received from the telephone sales call center. In particular, Sharon and Ben were most efficient and the company was reliable. They obtained and provided a good vehicle for us at short notice, a 9-seater Ford for one day, which was comfortable and easy to drive. Price of hiring was average. All in all I fully recommend their services.
Do NOT rent from this place! There are plenty of other options in the exact same area.

I do like the ease of picking up and dropping off my car from the Raanana branch, although my experience is that a pick up and drop off on Friday morning was a bit slow, due to only 1 (@ pickup) or 2 ( drop off) staff in the office. Very professional company otherwise.
Very bad experience! Wanted to charge more than the contract value and when we argued it said it was a mistake. Then we had to pay for an extra day at a bigger cost because we were 45 min late. Don’t recommend.
