a year agoAmazingly professional staff. Good quality car. Plenty of budget cars anywhere in Israel so they must be popular. Very quick drop off4 years agoI would have given zero starts if I could. STAY AWAY from this company. They forgot about their customers a long time ago. We had a consistent systematic bad customer service on many fronts. From what we witnessed other customers shared the same testaments. They should really close shop that branch reflects on Budget corporate very negatively. Check the employee on her phone while the phones are going off the hook inside. Also look at the dirty environment when returning the car. What a shame.a year agoThere was no rental company direct in the arrival terminal so we have to go outside the terminal – we found it without problem and the car was there. All according to the agreement. I have take the photos of the car. To return it it was very easy – just drop the key and shuttle bus pick us to bring to the appropriate terminal. I got the invoice one day later – no extra fee.9 months agoDo not rent from here. This has to be the worst Avis franchise I have ever used. I arrived at 2am as the plane was late. There was one family in front of me. It took the guy 40 minutes to deal with them and another 20 minutes to deal with me. I did not get my car until after 3am. It should have taken no more than 10 minutes to deal with each of us. I am Privilege Club. All the bookings and details should have been on the system.4 years agoI had no problems with rent on Budget… But I come to talk about this amazing car that surprised me 😍 Miss it Kaboobie 🥰

Despite most of description and reviews being in Hebrew, the staff speaks very good English, they also have translations of documents to English. The rental was easy despite that I came there randomly from the street, with no previous reservation. The staff is very professional, and they prepare detailed protocol upon renting, so the whole thing feels very fair.
The prices are only slightly higher than the cheapest rentals found on-line but no hidden fees appeared at least in my case. I’ll certainly use their services if I’m back in Israel!
Great customer service. Both picking up the car and returning it was efficient and fast. They were polite and even offered me a less expensive car that was available, which was new and drove very well. The MobileEye in the car was also helpful. I would definitely use them again.
They don’t respect reservations made on their website, cars are dirty and damaged, stuff rude.
On March 23, 2023 I ordered a 7 people car for a rental on June 29,2023. My family was going on a cruise and I was planning a family reunion in Haifa. I felt renting the car was the easiest way to get around. When I called them to walk over and pick up the car, they first couldn’t find my confirmed reservation which I printed and then they said that it was made for March 2024. I had the correct date in June on my reservation. Then they said that my car is Natanya and they’ll get it for me in a few hours. A few hours is all I had in Haifa. I had to depend on bus shuttle and taxis and I spent over $2000 Shekels ( about 600) on transportation besides the inconvenience.
Don’t rent from them, use Sixt or Budget or Hertz but never Suncar
They didn’t have the car I booked so they offered an upgrade with the same price. The car was really good, rental process took less than 10 minutes and all went smooth. The km limit is something to complain about, but I was aware of it and still rented the car. When you exceed the 200 km daily limit you are charged 1.3 ILS every 1 km
