4 years agoWe rent a car with 2 on 4 wheels half empty and the plastic protection below totally destroyed. We tried to reach them 1h after we took the car and they did not call back. I had to fix myself everything because we did not have other choices than to use the vehicle. When we gave back the vehicle, the employees and the director told us that it was almost our fault and that thanks god Nothing happened so we should be happy! No need to do a big story! When I began being upset because of their answers they threatened me to call the police. I sat down and said that I wait for them to show them the vehicule and suddenly the guy stopped. Everything is on camera, I don’t lie. Incredible! We were so disgusted that we just paid the amount they asked for and obvisously with no apologies nor reduction and we left. Fo sure we will not rent again in this branch.3 years agoSo this place has bad cars that work ok for extremely cheap prices. Also you can’t drive their car on Shabbat but you also dont pay for Shabbat! So if you’re staying somewhere for the weekend it’s a lot cheaper. But they are a bit disorganized, and the car lot is a 5 minute walk away, and hard to find on your first time. The regular (not commercial) vehicles they have are just the leftovers from their fleet, so they’re old, beat up, and the selection is small.a year agoI wish I could give 1 star. This place HAS VERY POOR run down cars that is not suitable for anyones safety on the road to drive plus terrible customer care service. I would never recommend them

Great place with variety of cars. Salesmen will be salesmen but these guys are nice!
Service was good and friendly, cars were smelly from smoking cigarettes… Not pleasent at all

As you pay the advance the sales man Neglect you.
I broke the deal because the law says from 1st Jan 2018 every car should have mobile eye or some alternative. the car which I chose didn’t have they said they reduce 500nis for it instead of fixing.
I cant take risk with my family for that 500nis.

Very unsatisfactory experience with this particular location. Cars provides by Avis here seem to be older ones. Original vehicle broke down after approx 50 km, had over 50k mileage on it. Replacement vehicle had similar mileage and seemed quite worn out. Documentation provided did not reflect the actual info. They admitted that often customer copy is different from real damage on vehicle. There was a hiccup with mileage read, so the manager named Avi promised to send invoice later that day. Never happened… I had to call head office customer support several times to get the invoice.
And one more thing. They request a 1000$ security deposit in addition to CC info, which is seemingly charged to the card and they are very slow releasing it. It’s been over a week and I still don’t have confirmation of funds being released back to CC. Overall very negative experience compared with my previous dealings with car rental companies in other countries.
I strongly recommend check other options before engaging with this location
Very bad service, not recommended to rent from this people because he didn’t know how to talk with customers, and also the manger Avi standing by their side.
