Total ripoff will never do business with this company again.6 years agoGood5 months agoIt’s rare that I give a bad review, but this is a substandard company, they bring damaged vehicles with lots of damage and then blame the customer for damage or damage that has already happened before They never repair their vehicles after accidents or beatings and rent them like that to the next customers and then drop damages that already existed before, be careful, they use a method that succeeds in extracting just more money from peopleI asked to record beatings in the car before leaving on the rental page and they didn’t do it, they said just take a picture
The first time last time I rented a car from them they claimed that we smoked in the car even though no one was smoking and tried to get a fine from me.
For the second time during the holiday they gave me a car without front direction and with a tire in the wheel and a broken front bumper. I asked for a refund because they gave me an improper and unsafe car that endangers my life
When I returned the vehicle, they claimed that the vehicle swerved because I did a tire or they claimed that I let the air down and then I took a picture of the vehicle swerving due to the driving direction really below the level of claims of a big lie even though I documented that the entire gantry to which the vehicle swerved was all damaged crooked and broken before leaving the place they say I am guilty !!
A lawsuit will be filed against them in the coming days, the results of the verdict will be visible on Google, and the verdict will be published in many other places so that these crooks don’t hurt more people!
They also gave me a really dirty, not clean car, I asked to clean it really small and they gave it to me again!

Got a great car, even though we booked a manual one, they offered a wonderful automatic Cupra. Good service in Israel, was afraid that the flight will arrive past my booking time. They were in contact with the Malpensa team in Milan. The return was also fast and efficient.
Rent a car for 10 days in Italy, the price was better than I got from aggregators. Customer service is good as well – during the rent period I had a question regarding rent agreement and got a fast response by chat. Bottom line – highly recommended
