a year agoAmazingly professional staff. Good quality car. Plenty of budget cars anywhere in Israel so they must be popular. Very quick drop off4 years agoI would have given zero starts if I could. STAY AWAY from this company. They forgot about their customers a long time ago. We had a consistent systematic bad customer service on many fronts. From what we witnessed other customers shared the same testaments. They should really close shop that branch reflects on Budget corporate very negatively. Check the employee on her phone while the phones are going off the hook inside. Also look at the dirty environment when returning the car. What a shame.a year agoThere was no rental company direct in the arrival terminal so we have to go outside the terminal – we found it without problem and the car was there. All according to the agreement. I have take the photos of the car. To return it it was very easy – just drop the key and shuttle bus pick us to bring to the appropriate terminal. I got the invoice one day later – no extra fee.9 months agoDo not rent from here. This has to be the worst Avis franchise I have ever used. I arrived at 2am as the plane was late. There was one family in front of me. It took the guy 40 minutes to deal with them and another 20 minutes to deal with me. I did not get my car until after 3am. It should have taken no more than 10 minutes to deal with each of us. I am Privilege Club. All the bookings and details should have been on the system.4 years agoI had no problems with rent on Budget… But I come to talk about this amazing car that surprised me 😍 Miss it Kaboobie 🥰

Beware this Hertz all the time out of stuff, instead of 4 people they have one or two staff. They pre charge you for the rental and I waited over 2 hours to get an already purchased rental as of may 25th. Only two people at the post and people are frustrated. The manager Uri was no where to be found. They also service dollar rent a car and thrifty which creates big lines on a small counter of 2 people. I highly advise that no one should rent a car from them. They make you return the car to the airport to draw clients. Overall experience is terrible. Guy Smilovich
1. Got a vehicle with a broken bumper (see pictures I took when I picked up the car)and while driving on the highway it fell off. I tried calling Hertz number when this happened and there was no answer , I ended up buying duct tape to fix it temporarily.
2. Dirty car – found old food in the glove compartment.
3. Waited in line for over 30 minutes when there were only 3 people in front of me. Other rental companies didn’t have the long wait.
4. When booking online the insurance quote was $13 a day but when arriving in person the representative said it was $36 a day. I’ve never paid that much for insurance!
5. I called Hertz knowing my flight would be delayed, the US representative said he would make a note. They didn’t have my flight info, once I got to Ben Gurion the Israeli representative said there were no notes and they gave my car away even though I had paid in advance in full, and there are no refunds. He then told me he would give me a smaller car for the same price.
6. Good luck returning the car, Hertz is located in a different location than all other companies. There are signs but it’s very easy to miss the sharp turn to their parking lot.
Hertz seemed to be a good option but I was left disappointed.
Recommend renting here.
Very smooth check in despite the fact we had no reservation.
The renting fee includes full coverage (insurance) so you don’t need to worry. No hidden additional cost in the quotation.
We could also return the car at a different location, at no extra cost.
Car was very good and quite new.

Worst service ever!!! Had a reservation to pick up a car. Car was not ready. Had to wait almost an hour. Finally got the car. Received an e-mail two days later stating I had not signed and returned the appropriate paperwork, so I would be fined on a daily basis. I had e-mail verification that I signed and returned the paperwork. I tried calling the number provided but was put on hold for more than 30 minutes and then disconnected. I wound up having to drive to a Hertz office and straighten out the problem. The problem was, in fact, that the clerk at the airport did not save the documents to my account. In the end, it took half a day to straighten out this fiasco. No one took responsibility.
We picked up a car in Jerusalem. The car was not really clean from the inside but it drove perfectly and cheap on gas.
We handed the car in on Tel Aviv airport (be aware that Hertz car return is near/in Terminal 3 and not at the normal car return (default orange signs)) and that was all ok. We received photo’s after return by mail.
