We were supposed to drop off the rental car at 1800, and due to a massive traffic backup, and a security check at the state border, we were about 15 minutes late. They close at 1800. So we were able to talk with the local merchants next to the place to call the boss, who worked it out with us. We subsequently visited them the next day as soon as they opened. We were only charged for the 2 days we rented it, instead of a third day or expensive late fees. The car itself was great, the service was friendly, and we got to visit large amounts of Israel and Palestine. Could not be more happy with Hertz. Great company, great people, trusted internationally, and you can see why. Thank you!
Pretty good price and a nice place good people and nice service
Great service
Poor rental experience. Was given a damaged and unsafe car. Car was replaced after 4 days, only multiple calls and emails to many Hertz locations in the North of Israel, and calls to corporate.
No apologies, no credit, they just blamed me that I don’t know how to drive.
Poor customer service, they do not follow covid protocols whatsoever. No one had masks until I asked them for it
Their service is beyond fantastic!!! David is amazing and very helpful!!! I have been using them for the last five years. I wish I can post more than five stars!!!
