1. IMPORTANT: google maps still indicate the old address, on a fuel station. The New address is some blocks further, towards Modi’in Ilit, on a MEGA shopping square

   It’s an ok service, but don’t exceed on any aspect. The crew is nice though, and there is an old gentleman who speaks good English.

2. I rented a car and was upgraded two levels above my rental. Staff was very pleasant and car condition good!

   For the car return you need to know that it’s at terminal one, but they give you a flyer explaining exactly where it is. Look at it when you return the car.

   I will definitely ride with SIXT again, actually I just made a new reservation.

   The shuttle back from the car drop off takes about 5 to 10 minutes. All in all I’m very happy.

Please be careful in your dealing with Shlomo Sixt.  We have been a returning customer but they say one thing on the phone but they don’t take responsibility for when they say something that conflicts with the Contract.  In our case, they never emailed us the contract so we were forced to depend one what they said over the phone.  My wife called them and when they tried to explain the terms of the contract over the phone my wife told them she couldn’t hear what they were saying well on the phone.  I called them after and they explained that for each additional day there was a charge of something like 160 shekels and an additional 200 kilometers.  They did not explain to me the concept of penalties for going over mileage.  In our dealings with them, they recorded the calls and were happy to refer to the call (they recorded) where my wife could not hear what they were saying (and she told them so on the call) but although they recorded my calls, they wouldn’t check them, or if they did, they refused to admit it because they conflicted themselves in their conversation with me.  I asked for them to consider offering a discount given the situation but they refused.   We probably would have been happy with even a small discount such as canceling the cost of a second driver which they often cancel and have done so for us in the past at the time of reserving a car. In short, don’t rely on what they say on the phone. If they don’t email you a copy of the contract (as was the case for us) you must ask for it and never trust what they say or more importantly, what they don’t say on the phone.

   Update: I sent an email to your customer service email address you requested, Cs-Shlomosixt@shlomo.co.il, as you suggested on July 27 and after 2 weeks I have still not received a reply.

4. I had an excellent experience with Shlomo Sixt Shilat. I had to change my booking twice and they helped me do this at no cost. The car was ready on time and they made everything very quick and easy and pleasant. I will definitely be using them again.

5. Very good service and friendly folks. A would challenge them to figure out how to make the process to get a car quicker. It still takes over 5 minutes. Dreaming of the day when i show my license and passport/TZ and get the keys in a minute like in the US.
