  I wish I could give more than 5 starts to this company . If you are looking for the best service you could get , for best luxury cars you can drive at Israel you are at the right place . I live in the states for over 20 years visits in Israel every few years rented cars from several companies, never got service like I received from royalty and specially from Noam and his team. At my last visit I looked to rent suv for my family I needed the car to be delivered to my house. Didn’t want to take it at the airport since I had lots of luggage, 3 kids with me.

  Noam offered me a beautiful Audi suv that would be delivered to my house , while we scheduled everything he asked how do I get from airport to my home I mention I need to hire a shuttle. Noam offered me a package for shuttle for my family from airport and back & beautiful Audi Q7 for 3 weeks in a very reasonable price. To be honest I didn’t knew what to expect since it was my first time working with him. Our experience from A to Z was amazing !! A shuttle was waiting for us at the airport together with the beautiful Q7 right when we came out so the airport . His team was kind professional and amazing ! Cars was cleaned with cold water for everyone! They took us home, took care of our rental contract and payment at my home driveway. I never needed to go to their office. Everything at my home. Left us a clean beautiful amazing Q7 for 3 weeks , checked with us few times a week if we need any help. On the day we return to state 2 drivers were picked us up again with the shuttle , we had extra luggage Noam said he will take care of us never charged us anything extra he allowed the Audi to drive with the shuttle to the airport in order to take our extra luggage!! His team was early 10 min before our picked up time . Again with great service smile and kindness! I’ve never met this kind of service at Israel ! I had best experience! They make everything easy from first minute . I’m speechless for this experience, sending big thank you to Noam and his crew , also to Arthur you are one of a kind ! Recommending this company to everyone who is looking to rent best CARS and to get BEST SERVICE, you might find the cars somewhere else but not this kind of service ! THANK YOU ROYALTY! 👑👑👑👑👑

  After a 12 hour flight I land to discover that my car is not arriving after issuing and signing deposit and contract. No response or communication from them. Most indecent people to deal with and absolutely no knowledge in common business practice.

  The most perfect experience you can dream of, my driver for the wedding got sick with corona the day before the wedding I found myself without a driver, I called Noam the day before the wedding and rented an s500 I felt like a king, in addition they sent me a driver who accompanied me all day and brought me home at the end of the event it was just perfect , the driver was patient, supportive and professional at the highest levels I could dream of!! Shafu really a recommendation from the bottom of my heart!! Anyone looking for a wedding car who won’t hesitate and won’t think twice, it’s worth it!!
