7 months agoIt’s a very cool tour! A must do! You become blind for an hour and learn how to navigate the world without sight.8 months agoMind blowing! A real eye opener (pun intended)! You come out and all you’re thinking is how thankful you are and how grateful you have to be from the fact that you can see. You go in there for about an hour in pitch black rooms which your eyes never adjust to (they only adjust if there’s a bit of light coming through). The guide is blind and directs you around his world. You keep one hand on the wall and one hand in front of you as you move along. At the end of the tour you end up in a snack room where you can buy snacks and drinks with only small bills or coins (they can give you change by the front counter before entering the tour). Then you sit down with the guide and he shares his story with you and is open to any questions. Really nice guide! Amazing experience! Wow still can’t get over it! You walk out a different person! Should’ve done it earlier in life. Btw book tickets a few months/weeks before cuz they’re always fully booked.6 months agoWas an amazing experience, a must place to visit!!!10 months agoMake sure you book tickets in advance (note that they are non-refundable) and arrive on time for this unique experience. There are free lockers to store your belongings since it is forbidden to bring them into the exhibit, with the exception of some coins you should bring if you wish to purchase snacks from the cafeteria at the end of the exhibit (the transactions are done in complete darkness). Also, I recommend wearing sturdy shoes for walking, not sandals and definitely not heels.4 years agoIt was unreal. The whole tour is about an hour and ten minutes, and it was for a reasonable price. Additionally it is located in a mall so you can get some food or snacks to have while you wait. You do have to make reservations a few weeks in advance though. One thing is, is that you might not have an enjoyable time if you are claustrophobic or have anxiety because you will be in a relatively crouded are in complete darkness!!!

Very good museum, located in the middle of Holon.
took us about 20 minutes from Tel Aviv.
we came to see the exhibition of “Alber Elbaz”.
behind the museum you have a lot of free parking so you don’t need to worry about this issue.
the exhibition was very interesting and beautiful, there are 3 levels.
-1 level was about his journey with some designs of him and some stories.
0 level is a circular narrow path which explain all his life with info and photos on the walls.
1 level is the main exhibition which shows designs for many design brands .
the ticket price not high at all and fits to everyone.

Wow, this was such a surprising visit.
The museum has only ONE exhibition with no permanent exhibition. The one of Alber Elbaz was just wonderful.
Amazing and sensitive curation by the curator, with connection to Holon, with very beautifully arranged pieces, with very well explained texts, without being pretentious (so many curators tend to be such, and make themselves sound sophisticated). Understanding that Elbaz is the star, not the curator.
This museum is a reason to visit Holon and even a reason to visit Israel. It was perfect.
A compact museum with temporary exhibitions focusing on fashion and design.
Our visit to the museum coincided with a tribute to Alber Elbaz, who worked for many of the world’s biggest couture houses, including YSL and Lanvin, in addition to his own brand. It took about two hours for us to explore his story and all the gorgeous designs.
This is our third visit to this museum, and we will definitely return.
We weren’t familiar with this museum and we had a great time. The displays change so check ahead that the topic interests you. The quality was very high.
It is accessible and there is parking.
The entrance price is also reasonable.
Always a great place to visit. The museum is small and has unique exhibitions that change several times throughout the year.
