6 months agoRented a car for shabbat, tire was too old to be driven and popped. Spent 3+ hours on the phone on the side of the road. No solution was offered and in the end they only offered a 50 NIS discount but I was unable to use the car. Will never rent from them again10 months agoUnfortunately I can’t rate here less than 1 star. I rented a car with Economy Bookings. Payed full amount up front, and while I came to Budget Ashdod, they told me tah I have to pay 40 USD on top for some kind of insurance. Ok, no problem, but they charged me twice. The car was very dirty from the outside. Also when I came to return the car, the manager told me “dismissed” after I signed the papers. Is this the way to talk to the customer??? Worst experience in my life!!!8 months agoI can recommend Budget 100%. No hidden costs and they are really nice and helping if there are any questions. Definitely will come back to rent a car here 🙂 The car was clean and nice!5 years agoBe aware ! when you book a rental car with any of the companies in Israel, they will fail to mention on the booking quote the outrageous Insurance fees. Having a credit card which will cover collision and damages is a bonus . Nevertheless, third party insurance is outrageous. It started at Budget Ben Gurion Airport where I received an old bitten car reeking of cigarettes smoke. I had to drive 30 km to another agency in order to exchange the car. I was not impressed with the state of replacement car either, I had to ask them to rinse it as it was very dusty. Budget receives one star only because there is no lower rating.a year agothe Lady in Budget was not that polite she thinks that she is doing a favour I waited for along time and I even told her to her face that she is not polite

I bought my car at this company, Subaru Impreza 2.0. The company sold me the car but they didn’t tell me the truth about illegal changes made to the car. There were front car plates that were installed from 1.6 Impreza model and I discovered it only when I got my first car service care and , and it was illegal and not secure to my model to install this car plates .So I bought the right type at the first car service(200 nis). When I came to the company and claimed about the issue, they refused to pay 200 nis that I paid for the substitutive car plates, although the got my claim they didn’t bother to even try to fix or compensate for this. I am very dissapointes about this company, they don’t care about customers
I received the car quickly, it was a good car in good condition and cleaned, but the day after had to wait almost an hour for them to receive it. They reported problem because a pound was missing from a wheel. I asked for proof of cancellation of the deposit and I did not receive it.
Great service by Asaf and his team. Special mention to Ashley with her perfect English and great customer focus and patience. Keep going guys!
These people are the opposite of accommodating. They will use every possible opportunity to squeeze additional money out of you.
Be sure to take your time and carefully read all the paperwork they make you sign. Also, save every receipt.
A very unpleasant experience I do not recommend this place.
