  1. We been there for a business convention. The parking area was big enough, the hall used was ok and the support services were good (all around coffee, fruits and cakes). Lunch was a bit spicy but the quality was good.
All in all we were able to concentrate on the business which is what we came for.

The hotel also have a pool and an excellent access to the beach.

  2. Very near the beach.Pool clean and well kept.. Only problem was guests who left empty cups and all sorts of garbage. Staff were mostly very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned early in the morning which was very surprising. We spent a few days in the hotel with our kids and their families. A great time had by all.

  3. Horrible place, more military barrack than a hotel. You could expect to spend a quiet time with such a senior clientele but the swimming pool is open to the kids of the nearby public swimming pool.
, so very very noisy and splashy around the pool. Breakfast is rich but not really adequate for international crowds. The staff of the lobby is so unfriendly that the first idea is to leave immediately. The staff of the bar totally amateur. The only good point is the (limited) access to the beach.

  4. The reception is always loaded and they are too busy to answer the phone.
The elevators are very slow and its can be a long wait on Saturdays.
The music in the pool is too high.
The matterss are terrible uncomfortable and slip of the base of the beds.
They do try to force the corona regulations as expected.
Nice breakfast, great pool and great beach.
The stuff is super friendly, the rooms are clean, the hotel is clean.
Plenty of parking, great location, close to the old city.
    We’ll be back!

  5. Air conditioning barely worked for almost the entire weekend, in July. When asking for help regarding this, it was extremely unhelpful. In general, service wasn’t great. They didn’t answer the phone at the reception at all, and responded very slowly to issues such as something that spilled in your room (and you have no other choice since there’s no broom in the room). So for anything that comes up you have to take the slow elevator to the reception and then wait for an hour or so for them to take care of it.
The pool and access to the beach are great, the food is good. The room was good as well. But service + air conditioning were so bad this is still a 2 star…

Amazing place. We booked a standard room and ended up getting a complementary upgrade when we turned up. The owners were very hospitable and welcoming and gave us some good recommendations for places to eat. The rooftop was the highlight for us. We had the whole rooftop to ourselves to relax for a few hours in the morning.

Great experience. Not easy to navigate Acco at times. Google does not wotk but the hotel the Arabeque is a must for at least one night. Their staff is the best! The only hotel I have ever stayed in that allowed us to use their washing machine!

Great authentic hospitality at the beating heart of Acre. It’s a family business, with local employees. Inside and outside gives the flavours and views of old Acre. Breakfast is so generous, varied and high quality. It’s clean and comfortable. At a walking distance from all main Acre attractions. Thank you 🙏

The BEST place to stay! This was truly a unique experience to stay in the old wall. Clean, big room, beautiful views, and a quality breakfast! The hosts were more than accommodating. It was a highlight of our experience!

    Unique Experience

We spent our first night in Israel at this hotel. What a terrific way to start our tour. The front desk welcome was the best I have ever had, and I have seen a lot of five star hotels in my day. As a small, boutique hotel, the front desk clerk sat us down and spent about 10-15 minutes helping us get oriented – showed us a map of Akko, and made recommendations for restaurants, places to visit, where to stroll along the water, etc. I have never had such a comprehensive orientation to a hotel and area. Our room, the Peacock Room, was an architectural wonder. The best part, however, was the owner. We were meant to take a tour of Akko with him on our last day, but it was raining cats and dogs, so instead, he sat at our breakfast table and talked with us for about 45 minutes. His story about the hotel and its history was spellbinding. He and his father rebuilt the hotel after riots in 2021 destroyed the property. He is an Israeli who is trusted and liked in the Arab community where the property sits, but sometimes the politics overcome the individual relationships between Israelis and Arabs. I wish him and his family well as they continue in their service to tourists from around the world. Please stay here. It is an experience you won’t ever forget.
