9 months agoCan here with my 2 cousins and mom, and this place was great. The pools / hot tub were warm, while the bar had many great options for food / drinks. They also have a buffet which you need to pay to get in, and overall this place was great. My one cousin did the massages and said it was good and rated it a 8/10. Pro tip, if you come here and luckily enough and go to the top we’re theirs a smaller pool / spa you can almost have it all to yourself.11 months agoI stayed for one night at Estate Spa because I was passing through the town. I liked that the hotel was quaint and very unique. Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to experience all the amenities, but I enjoyed a very nice breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms were quite small. The front desk lady was extremely pleasant and helpful, unfortunately I dont remember her name. I would definitely stay there again if I am ever in the area.a year agoI brought my girlfriend on her birthday and we were more than satisfied! The service was great, the staff treated us with great service, great massages treatment – big shoutout for Dani and Meytal for that, and Chef Yotam Rozenfeld for a great conversation, service and treats! The pool was warm enough even at that time of a year, the jacuzzi was very relaxing and a great choices of wines! We highly recommend for anyone who’s reading this to search no longer and book a day!6 months agoWe came for a few hours to celebrate Birthday with Great SPA and relax, We had an excellent breakfast and a relaxing time10 months agoWhat lovely service! A friend and I went for a staycation and we had such a relaxing to time! Massages and meals were great – pools were wonderful, the service was outstanding. Super attentive.

STAY AT THE KEMPINSKI!!
No need to stay at this farce of a “5*” hotel where they treat you awfully and nothing works adequately. Spend a bit more and stay somewhere where you can get proper luxury, any of the other real 5* hotels along the beach, trust me! Don’t make the same mistake as us – from management down to the pool attendants and security, they treat guests like dirt.
Perfect Location. The hotel is just right on the beach. Nice clean rooms and we enjoyed the pool area which has a beautiful view directly on the beach. Very nice meal.
All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
This place is a disaster. I stepped on a piece of glass in the pool and the pool manager said “you can complain to whoever you want”. The Hotel Manager said he would take care of us. He did so by saying since your foot is not bleeding, nothing happened. He then gave us 15% off on one night. When we checked out, the front desk manager had “forgotten” about the discount, till I had to remind him. This is by far the worst 5 star hotel I’ve stayed in. They didn’t close the pool to check for more glass pieces or take any other precautions for other guests. The staff is HORRIBLE, and everyone’s attitude is like “it’s your fault you booked a stay here”.
This is a nice hotel but the attitude needs some work with the employees. They’re never wrong in their opinions, the room was nice but it smelt like garbage. There was literal poop on the bathroom door in the pictures below. Save your money and go some place else!
I enjoyed a great two weeks at the Royal Beach Tel Aviv. Isrotel is known to have great food and the Royal Beach did not disappoint! One of the best Breakfasts in Tel Aviv. The exec lounge food, though limited by comparison, was also top quality. The rooms are a little small, but I love that they have balconies with sea views. The best thing about the hotel is the proximity to Carmel Market. Overall, great experience!
