2 years agoFor a pharmacy I think it’s a good pharmacy but for hiring they r very weird. Before u get hire if u get hire u need to pass a test. This test has at least 150 questions and take almost 2 hours if not more. My question is: first why so many weird question? Second doesn’t matter if the candidates pass or not this test, do u pay them for the time lost? Third and last: who the heck heard if I want to get hire I need to pass a test of at least 150 weird question?7 years agoMay be its the crowd or that its located in the mall. There was no!!!! Was only from the age of seven at best. And when I asked why my six-year-old didn’t have one, they answered that I could buy it elsewhere, I didn’t like the service and bought the soap anyway, but I left my revenge in the bathroom.

A bad joke.
I went there to buy a package of a prescription drugs, that I had already bought there twice (!).
I waited there for around 15 minutes, then they told me that they could not sell it to me and it had been a mistake in the past.
Told me I should go to a Superpharm, which would sell it to me. I asked them for the closest Superpharm (Herzl st.) and went there, waited for 15 min and they told me, they could not sell it to me. Only certain branches of Superpharm can.
So I went to another branch (at the mall), waited for half an hour and finally got my product.
Summing up, something that should have taken 15 min max., eventually took two hours. Despite all of these branches having the medicine in stock, all of them recognizing my active prescription, but they did not sell it to me. Not even at the regular price. This is a bad joke.
Great doctors and nurses. Horrible Admin staff at the reception!
Unprofessional rude and uncouth. Language barrier cannot be used as an excuse for being so uncourteous. Also note, they are the most unaware people on earth. Even if you show them with actions that you have a stomach ache or headache, they will chime they do not understand Anglit (English)!
The people who work here want to answer calls take care of customer service heal the patient and collect money at the same time. Friday morning in the two ladies were supposed to provide customer service busy nonstop with answering calls from customers. So you find yourself sitting for almost 45 minutes just waiting for them to finish the calls. If this is not a joke so I’m not sure what customer service is. If they try to save money by cutting main power well I guess it’s working.
The clinic itself is very good.
However parking in this area is really hard. If you’re not coming by foot or public transportation you will be better off in their Rehovot mall or palmah street locations.
Pharmacy staffs are so variable: very good to very bad. The senior pharmacist insisted she was right but she didn’t read the prescription carefully enough. When she realized that it’s her fault, she took up and hid the prescription. lack of flexibility compared to her colleagues. I would wait for a good pharmacist, how long it takes.
