7 months agoDisgusting pharmacist behaves in a humiliating way, it is not recommended to enter therea year agobad service. One of the pharmacists mumbles instead of speaking. Waiting here for over half an hour because the pharmacist doesn’t know how to change a product. Trying to imply that I was working on him until he talked to the manager and understood where he stood. Unparalleled audacity to do to sick people. I will not come back here.a year agoI was with my daughter We stood in line for 20 minutes There was an Arab woman standing and the cashier probably knows her so she called her to the other cash register and accepted her before me! When I told her that we were in line and that it was wrong, she screamed at me in front of all the customers and then when I went to pay the bill in front of her and I told her again that it was wrong, she just threw my bags on the counter in anger! And started cursing in Arabic. Horrible that my little daughter had to be present and see barbaric people. Decent parking and friendly staff
It’s a good place to get high-quality pharma and medic products, but the prices are a bit high. The place is crowded usually. The service is really good and the workers are generous.
There is a parking lot close to the building, but it’s usually full so many customers tend to park on the road itself.
All the time messing with numbers. Yesterday I took a number and when will my turn come a religious woman will come without an appointment in my place and a pharmacy worker won’t let me buy. Both with a number that is now in line and with an inferior certificate. But it was my turn. I wanted to buy antibiotics for my daughter. My daughter is resting. Besides, the manager of this branch says that it’s a private place and a child’s card doesn’t matter to her, that everyone is normal. and calls the police against me, because I would not agree to have someone else receive service in my place. After everything that happens, a prescription for medicine disappears from the card. This is how our details are stolen. Shame on this branch and Gizen manager. The police don’t do anything either, because it’s a private place. What in a private place can you yell at people and steal medicine from a card? My daughter is now serving time without medication due to theft at this branch
