New location for an old store. The good: big new store, good lighting, a lot of selection, open til night and sometimes during weekends. The bad: expensive, usually worthwhile only during sales and Lifestyle club member benefits.
Selection of cosmetic, hygiene, medicine is very large. pharmacy is inside the Horev commercial center.
I waited online, told I will immediately get connected. It informed me 10 times! at the end of 15 minutes I was informed there is a problem on the line! Is this a way to treat clients?

I went to the pharmacy at Horev Haifa) to buy several medicines, one of them quite critical for a work travel abroad. Beyond the relatively long waiting time and the very disorganized work in the pharmacy, with assistants being involved in the preparation of the drugs to be supplied, the service given by pharmacist was very unprofessional. One of the medicines is not available on the market right now. He just told me that and that he does not know where to get it. As a pharmacist that worked more than 5 years in Super-Pharm (Jerusalem) many years back, I can say that the level of service has declined dramatically. Really bad service.
