There are all the products you expect to be in a supermarket and of course the prices accordingly. I didn’t need any special service from the sellers and I arrived on Saturday morning so there was almost no line at the checkout.11 months agoIn this supermarket I got really excellent lines. Two daughters Irina and Sabina provided service in every Super Pharm and were not admitted to a single department, which is really good and that’s what I lack in other branches. I didn’t feel that they wanted to push me to buy a certain product, but they really prevented me from finding what I needed and didn’t send me to others. Also, they managed to help a few more customers and didn’t turn them away, like it happens a lot in other places, so they didn’t make me feel uncomfortable about the situation. To see a good attitude towards others without harming the service to me, is really magic. It’s a service that makes me want to come right back to this place.

The lines are always too long, which really means they need to hire more staff and don’t. The pharmacist are nice and the staff is marginally friendly but the long wait times are unreasonable and easily solved.
We came to the store in the evening after 9, there were 3 people with us in the pharmacy, they waited for 30 minutes until they came to serve us, but the staff was in their room and argued a lot about something, people asked them several times to go out, give them medicine and allowed to leave this place but, the staff only answered for another minute, we ran out of patience to listen to their argument and we went home without buying medicines. More to this store, I will go.
Awful service. Spent there 1 hour just to get my online order. Felt like I didn’t exist for workers there. Cashier works with a face as if she is forced to work there
They never answer the phone
Extremely slow. The pharmacists are flat out rude and unhelpful. The number machine is always broken and people are arguing over the line. Pharmacists seem to work purposely slow to avoid working and openly admitted it to me when I asked why they were so slow. They openly hate the customers and treat them with distain for making them do their jobs. They leave old people to stand for 45 minutes to get their medication. They took so long that a little girl in line started crying because she was in much pain. This chain is a literal joke. No customer service. Barely any service at all.
