  1. STAY AT THE KEMPINSKI!!
No need to stay at this farce of a “5*” hotel where they treat you awfully and nothing works adequately. Spend a bit more and stay somewhere where you can get proper luxury, any of the other real 5* hotels along the beach, trust me! Don’t make the same mistake as us – from management down to the pool attendants and security, they treat guests like dirt.

  2. Perfect Location. The hotel is just right on the beach. Nice clean rooms and we enjoyed the pool area which has a beautiful view directly on the beach. Very nice meal.
All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

  3. This place is a disaster. I stepped on a piece of glass in the pool and the pool manager said “you can complain to whoever you want”. The Hotel Manager said he would take care of us. He did so by saying since your foot is not bleeding, nothing happened. He then gave us 15% off on one night. When we checked out, the front desk manager had “forgotten” about the discount, till I had to remind him. This is by far the worst 5 star hotel I’ve stayed in. They didn’t close the pool to check for more glass pieces or take any other precautions for other guests. The staff is HORRIBLE, and everyone’s attitude is like “it’s your fault you booked a stay here”.

  4. This is a nice hotel but the attitude needs some work with the employees. They’re never wrong in their opinions, the room was nice but it smelt like garbage. There was literal poop on the bathroom door in the pictures below. Save your money and go some place else!

  5. I enjoyed a great two weeks at the Royal Beach Tel Aviv. Isrotel is known to have great food and the Royal Beach did not disappoint! One of the best Breakfasts in Tel Aviv. The exec lounge food, though limited by comparison, was also top quality. The rooms are a little small, but I love that they have balconies with sea views. The best thing about the hotel is the proximity to Carmel Market. Overall, great experience!

Overall a disappointing experience, particularly when you compare the photos online to reality. The pool is one example of that. The rooms aren’t all that bad and the daily service is great. If you decide to stay here I urge you to take a room with ‘Lounge Access’. Katya and her team in the lounge are phenomenal and really made the experience so much better. The service and food provided throughout the day was exceptional. Thank you to them.

The hotel is very nice I can’t say anything bad : the service of the staff , extremely nice, they going out of their way to accommodate you if you need anything, Breakfast is excellent :salads cheeses eggs fruits vegetables you can’t name everything, very nice !!everything super fresh!! different kinds of coffee teas you name it!! We bought a regular room and then upgraded to a higher floor to a renovated room, very nice!! Location of the hotel fantastic, beaches amazing!! We would definitely come back.!!

I booked the hotel and was never told construction was to be done while i was there. I complained every day and asked to speak to a manager every day but didnt get to speak to one until checkout. I requested a refund or to be moved to another hotel every day but all they said was a manager will come see you when they are free. Because of when my flight arrived the construction stopped me from sleeping and eventually i hired a car so i could go sleep somewhere quiet on the beach. I was here for 4 days and the not being able to adjust to the timezone due to hearing construction tools it ruined my holiday. My review from about 6 years ago was taken down so il write a new one, i will never forget how you ruined my holiday! I have never been able to save up enough money to go on holidays again. The one time i visited the holy land i almost end up in hospital hallucinating from lack of sleep (i have a pre existing condition lack of sleep triggers big problems). If this review gets taken down again ill just post it again, ill never forget!

The location is perfect, the service team (cleaning and general staff) are very polite, but of course there are some exceptions, including in security at the entrance that wouldn’t open the side door even with 3-4 big bags, which almost made me go through the circular door. I stayed there for 11 days and put into a very old room, with a terrible smell, managed to change to one without carpet (by the grace of a nice employee), but still, if you are unlucky to get the non-refurbished rooms, good luck, you pay a huge price to stay in a room that is as bad as a 2 star hotel. I’ve been in a few other hotels in the region, and definitely would not recommend to stay in this one. In hopes that it gets better somehow, as air conditioner was not controlling temperature, the bathtub in the shower was slippery, and even got charged on my credit card and cannot get an answer from the staff. Very unfortunate and not coming back. But if you appreciate staying in front of the beach and that’s all you care, then check other options with better prices.

We had a room that was absolutely nothing like the photos on your website. Everything is falling apart, you have to pump the toilet to flush it, we have a spare fridge that makes incredible noise because the one in the room doesn’t work, which also restricts movement in the room. Unfortunately, I feel like I’m on a campsite and not in a 4-star hotel. We have 1 year old children who already need a lot of attention and are learning to walk, and I can’t even let them move around freely for fear of getting the cupboard door on them, so it’s very dangerous. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.
