6 months agoDon’t know whether to call it a hotel or a hostel ♂️ 🤷🏻. Low level rooms in the old wing, lots of cockroaches, bad smell in the rooms, bad sewage system, the water stays in the bath for an hour until it goes down. We were moved to the new wing on the second night, cockroaches were also observed here. The insulation does not exist at all. The noises from the adjacent rooms were so loud that I was sure they were in my room. I woke up in the middle of the night, I thought it was my wife in the bath, but then I found out she was next to me. It turned out to be from the next room. The food is at a reasonable level, there were cockroaches here too. You should always receive a greeting and towels at the reception. The pool is old and there aren’t even toilets nearby. The service is kind and good.7 months agoGood location for visiting the Safari Zoo and National Park. Stayed in the older rooms, but they were clean and comfortable, and we had a good balcony. Great couples special during school holidays. Reception was courteous. The hotel provides daily access to the Sports Centre gym and various pools. The hotel has its own small gym good to a private workout as no one seemed to be using it, also a food place to refill your water bottle with filtered cold water or hot if you want it. Also, use this gym as the Sports Centre gym discriminates against those in wheelchairs. The disgrunted attendant at the entrance should be avoided, dont bother asking him questions. The bar looks good, the service by what looked to be a manger was so bad that it was comical. He took my order and then proceeded to clean the very messy bar and coffee machine area. Got my drink eventually after he took my credit card away for some time.6 months agoBad welcoming and lack of cleanliness. Carpet is dirty and we can’t even walk by foot on it. Following european standards it’s a 3 stars. So sad because the potential is enormous as there is a lot of equipments, sport infra and so on. Need a hidden visit by shareholders.9 months agoThe hotel was beautiful in the lobby area. The carpet in the halls was dirty and old. Also the rug in the suite was spoiled and filthy. Lastly, we paid an extra charge for a suite with a large balcony that we were not able to enjoy because it was covered with pigeon feces!! The staff was pleasant but the hotel was very disappointing.a year agoThe staff was so friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel itself was a bit dated, but it was kept clean and tidy so that’s all that matters. The bed was comfy, and they provided extra pillows and blankets as well as toiletries without asking. For the price, this was the best value hotel we stayed at hands down.

Stylish boutique spa resort by the famous Isrotel chain on the way to Jerusalem.
We booked it spontaneously for a short weekend, half board, with a spa treatment.
It was amazing to see how a vacation in Israel can be super fun and offer you superb service and great food in one package.
The spa was nice, although not amazing, but the overall experience was amazing. It’s not cheap but you get great value for your money.
A peaceful and beautiful oasis up in the hills of Jerusalem! We had a gorgeous Vista room with a huge terrace and all the staff were attentive, efficient and friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffets were truly magnificent, created by the amazing Head Chef, Jack and the equally talented and creative Head Pastry Chef, Faris. In addition, they were both so helpful, each meal time, in advising me about the ingredients of all the food due to my sensitivity to gluten. I can’t wait to make many more return trips to the Cramim Resort & Spa.
Wow. Best Isrotel hotel by far. Extremely clean, rooms were large and private, fast check-in. Breakfast and dinner were cozy and delicious, and the pools and spa area are the best part. Amazing spa treatment, pools are maintained and overall the attention to the little details is evident. The only 2 things that need improvement are the channels on the TV which are limited, and it’s best to connect with your phone. Additionally it’s a little odd that a luxury hotel charges extra for drinks at dinner (except for water which is free). Overall great experience. Coming back for sure.
About the food, I already wrote remarks, about the spa, nice spa, and great treatment, but if you put a sign that no phone is allowed, then please take care about it! Very noisy, people on the phone, group of people shouting, no one ask them to be quiet! Is it a spa or a train station?No questions have been asked about our health. they didn’t ask us to fill out a document, very unprofessional.
