When I brought the set I was given one price and after he started working on it he wanted another 120 shekels claiming that he only saw part of the set even though he didn’t even check what was there when I brought the set. In the end I ended up paying a price more expensive than the set amount itself. The return is not worth the price at all.

Took 3 days to deliver the chocolates. All are the same flavor, pure chocolate, no filling. Good chocolate but we expected pralines…
I have no words for the amazing team of Pralines!!
I sent a message on Friday, outside of business hours, asking for a quick job to Brit. Already on the same day they got back to me, helped me arrange an appointment for Monday despite the really, really short time.
Monday morning I went to the factory in Modi’in to pick it up where my order was waiting for me ready and packed.
The lovely girl who met me outside saw that I had come from the train on foot, and offered me ice cubes to protect the pralines, and even whipped up a sweet flower-shaped praline to sweeten my day
I am very satisfied with the service and the quality of the printing. I haven’t tasted the pralines yet, but my cooler is full of a mesmerizing chocolate smell, so I’m sure it will also be very, very tasty for the guests, and not just beautiful!
Thanks a lot again! I will order more in the future for sure!
The idea is fabulous, the service is very good and quick, the design is attractive in a cute way, however, the chocolate is of medium quality, so don’t expect Belgian or Swiss quality. Despite this inherent discrepancy I’d definitely recommend considering this as a gift of appreciation.
