Worst customer service ATM services for turist and parking is a problem for English speaking I found a problem
One branch, of Bank Hapoalim, for the whole area! Tiberias, kibbutzim and settlements of the Jordan Valley, the south of the Golan Heights, and much more. The cuts to Bank Hapoalim branches across the country are simply embarrassing.
The branch itself is large with 2 floors, but as expected it is illogically busy, and to reach a representative you will have to wait half an hour at best an hour and 20 at worst.
The service itself is absolutely reasonable.
I must say the service here is veeeeeeery professional. Chani & Shani & Nataly r 3 names i remember from the personal bankers & r veeeeeeery professional in their work & when i used them they always explained 2 me how the things work that i wanted 2 know. Even if i asked a lot of questions which i usually do they’ll b more then happy 2 answer & help. I never had a problem with this bank & if u wanna open an account i highly suggest this bank.
Bad service especially on the phone. They promise that he will return and they don’t. It seems to me that they suffer from an excess of customers. Therefore, they don’t have time to provide minimal service.
The worst bank there is. I was a customer of Poalim, Beer Sheva branch..I moved to a more accessible and closer branch..as a resident of the North.
After two years I decided to close the account with them and move to Bank Yahav. I recommend not to approach this branch.
