  1. We were there for a three-day seminar. Throughout these three days, there was constant noise from the kitchen, which was next to the hall. On top of that, employees didn’t even try to be quiet. They spoke loudly on the phone, shouted at each other, and left the kitchen doors constantly open. Clearly, the hotel’s management does not understand what a seminar hall means.

  2. My sister and I checked into the hotel on August 14 after a long flight from the US and were supposed to check out on the 16th. I checked in with service animals. Late August 15 (early morning on the 16th) after returning from an event, I was told by the front desk that we have to leave immediately in the middle of the night because the dog was barking. I explained we have no local Israeli number, no local currency and being that it’s the middle of the night in August we have no where to go. I explained we would leave early in the morning but it’s unreasonable to force us out of The hotel in the middle of the night. These issues fell on deaf ears and the CEO demanded we leave the property immediately. The security guard aggressively knocked on the door as we were organizing our stuff and demanded that we let him in the room to start removing our belongings. The front desk attempted to help us find a solution but all rooms in the area were sold out. We decided we would have better luck finding a place in Tel Aviv, that wasn’t the case. Again all hotels were either booked or they didn’t have someone at the front desk to create a new reservation. After 4.5 hours of stress and 700 shekels later we finally found a hotel with availability.
This establishment should be ashamed of themselves. This is no way to treat guests, especially women who do not have a local working phone or local currency in a country that’s always on high alert.
Finally, the hotel is dingy, dirty and doesn’t not reflect the outrageous rate they charge per night.

  3. Nice hotel. Clean rooms. My only concern is that I asked several times for a bottle of water and never had one.
They told me to fill a bottle from a fauset in the dining room which was full of flies.
I went and ask the reception and they said that they will send to my room 2 bottles. Never came.
Before check out I asked again and they delay enough that I had to go
Expensive buffet for my side of view.

  4. If it wasn’t for ALL of the staff and the delicious and large Israeli Hotel Breakfast this review would receive just one star.

The Grand Deluxe room was far from being deluxe. The electric socket on one side of the bed was broken, the bathroom sink spout was loose and falling apart. The sofa in the room was sagging. The entire room needed to be upgraded.

  5. Service at the desk was super fast, and polite and very helpful.

The pros Beautiful views. Great location

Rooms a bit neglected. Front desk girl tried her best but can’t reach manager at all times and it took forever to get simple responses about upgrading rooms. Ripped wallpaper in hallways.

Location in Ashdod is great, but the rooms are a bit dated and not well maintained. My tub had moldy caulk, and there were chips in the wood of the doors, and other upkeep items that were ignored. Overall, for the location, it’s probably your best option.

The room was spacious and clean with a large balcony overlooking the sea. The breakfast was good and plentiful, unfortunately the Greek restaurant where breakfast was served still smelled of old fat and grilled food every morning.

Starting with the service. From the start (over the phone), they were above the average for service we used to get in Israel. This continues when got the room’s key. The rooms are very nice and clean. As one who travel all around the world, this is the 1st hotel I’ve been in Israel that really paid attention to have a comfortable beds. The location is near the sea and there is free parking. Breakfast is really good with multiple choices.

    Bottom line very recommended 👌

My favourite boutique Hotel in Ashdod.Nice rooms with separate bedrooms big terrace and beautiful beach view. Delicious breakfast with wide selection of fruits, cheese fresh bread and egg dishes. Various restaurants near by in walking distance. Make your reservation well in advance since this Hotel is mostly fully booked during public and national holidays.
