4 years agoIt was a good bank with an excellent service but now… They moved to a new place and has the bank an awful service now. The administrators has no patience but if I ask something but at least they don’t know the answer…a year agoBad service, long line, they don’t care about their customers. Not recommend7 months agoVery difficult and very bureaucratic, disdainful and unpleasant attitude. The most annoying thing is that they are not transparent about the various fees and charges and you discover it in retrospect, a feeling that they are trying to squeeze as much as possible out of you. Bad service I’ve been waiting for a call from the banker to get back to me for a month, the operators on the phone can’t answer a question, we need someone from the branch and they don’t get back to me.
When I was in the red, they called me every Monday and Thursday. Today I’m in the red.
In the meantime, I opened another account at Bank Mizrahi, I am very satisfied where they answer me in a second both on the phone and in direct chat with the branch and also receive money into the account every month on the plus side, a pleasure.
Shame on you, appalling service. I was a satisfied customer of yours for years. I am still a customer trying to reach a compromise to stay with you and there is an unbelievable response.
so long lines with empty offices , there is like only 2 open offices , after waiting for so long in line you will receive the worst service , if you hate your work this much just leave ! the funny part is that they ask from you to sign a paper that you recived a good service , this bank is not orginaized at all , glad Iam not thier customer.
8:30 the door is locked. No one informs that it is possible to knock on the door…which is delusional in itself. The devices for issuing a number are not active and there is no representative. Feels like a U-turn. What is up ?
A small amount of employees in the branch causes a crazy load in the queues. When I was there there was an elderly man who spoke Russian, and there was not a single employee who could help him.
